This amulet can't help but be romantic. The Bhumiya Raj Hero (for protection of home and family) is depicted here with his wife atop their horse. The variety of colors in the 179 carats of faceted rutilated quartz make me think of warm Indian spices like cinnamon and cardamom. There's even a few greenish stones -- those must be fresh herbs. ;-) We certainly have the recipe for an attractive, one-of-a-kind conversation piece. Tiny hematite beads and Balinese silver accents are used throughout, and there is a delightful charm by the toggle clasp.
